The Tshwane Events Centre boasts numerous world-class facilities which can
be utilised for a wide variety of
events. It offers 40 000 m² of in-door exhibition, conference space, concomitant
with infrastructure requirements such as amenities, catering facilities, easy
access and secure parking for 3 500 vehicles. It also has 42 000 m²
open-air exhibition space, which is ideal for an agricultural show. This

The Tshwane Events Centre boasts 11 halls varying in size and capacity,
able to accommodate functions of any description from large-scale indoor
exhibitions to music concerts and sporting events. These halls are fully
serviced to industry standards, and the grounds’ accessibility and convenient
ease of movement make it possible to satisfy the needs of both exhibitors and visitors.
The Tshwane Events Centre has eight purpose-built and well-appointed
conference rooms, which are ideal for conventions, training sessions, banquets
and product launches. The centre also boasts an executive boardroom for
top-level meetings. The setup and layout of the conference venues can be
configured in many different ways, meaning that any size of conference, from 10
delegates to international conventions of 7 000 delegates can be hosted. All
rooms offer basic equipment such as overhead projectors and other audio-visual equipment
are available in all meeting rooms. Wi-fi access is also an optional service on
offer. There is a dedicated bar, lounges, restaurant and al fresco dining area,
making this the perfect venue for conferences, cocktail receptions, themed
events and product launches.

Centre offers a wide variety of open-air multipurpose exhibition
facilities. These facilities are well maintained with first class
infrastructure to accommodate generic as well as niche exhibition needs.
The Main Arena could also be used to great effect to present mass displays and
gatherings, parades and demonstrations of live animals, and other forms of
exhibitions and entertainment related expo’s. Several other open-air
exhibition areas exist among the exhibition halls, which are ideally suited to
accommodate machinery and equipment that are better viewed in an open environment
and are still in close proximity to indoor exhibitions.
